U.S. Domestic Shipping Standards
All orders are processed and shipped from New York State and delivered within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Express / Overnight (if available): 1–2 business days

Tracking
All domestic shipments include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Packaging and Shipping Rates
All apparel is securely packaged in compliance with U.S. carrier size and weight standards. Shipping rates may be calculated using dimensional (DIM) weight.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Restocking and Shipping All apparel is made from high-quality fabrics and sourced from trusted vendors. Please note that certain suppliers may be affected by tariffs, which could result in extended processing or delivery times. If your order is expected to ship later than anticipated due to restocking delays, you will be notified promptly.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related conditions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy (New York Compliance)
In accordance with New York State General Business Law, this policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, merchandise purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition
Include original tags and packaging
Show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or odor
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, as required under New York law.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for size or color, subject to availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost.
No Returns After Posted Period
Returns requested outside the stated return period will not be accepted, consistent with NY General Business Law §218-a, provided this policy is made available prior to purchase.
